Eleganz Interiors Limited was established in 1996 and provides interior solutions for corporate offices, laboratories, airport lounges, and other commercial spaces.
The company specializes in fit-out solutions for corporate and commercial spaces, including research and development facilities, flexible workspaces, and retail spaces. It participates in domestic tenders issued by large corporations, project management consultants, and international property consultants for design and build (D&B) and general contracting (GC) services.
The company has a team of engineers, architects, designers, and project management professionals, supported by third-party consultants, to ensure timely project completion, compliance, and quality standards.
Its business segments include design and build services, which cover everything from planning and execution to post-project support, and general contracting services, which involve civil, mechanical, and electrical work, along with final installations and finishing.
The company has completed over 200 projects, covering more than 45 lakh square feet. As of December 31, 2024, it has 47 ongoing projects in 12 cities. It employs 63 permanent staff members and 380 contract-based workers.
The company’s strengths include an experienced team for design, engineering, and execution, a proven track record across various industries, adherence to quality and sustainability standards, a strong presence in key economic hubs in India, an in-house woodwork facility, and an experienced management team.
