Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited, established in September 2017, is a construction company with expertise in building administrative, institutional, industrial structures, hospitals, stadiums, residential complexes, and other related construction activities. The company has successfully completed turnkey projects involving architectural design, structural and civil work, MEP, firefighting systems, public health services, IT systems, operating theaters, medical gas pipelines, and landscaping.
Their business is divided into three primary verticals:
- Construction Projects
- Infrastructure Projects
- Product Sales
The company has executed projects across four Indian states—Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand—and two Union Territories—Chandigarh and the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Currently, they are managing twelve projects, including seven EPC contracts and five item rate/percentage rate contracts. Their ongoing projects span various sectors, including four hospital and medical college projects, an administrative and institutional building, and an industrial building. In infrastructure, their projects focus on railway station upgrades and redevelopment, as well as road and bridge construction.
As of June 30, 2024, the company’s order book includes projects worth Rs 13,803.89 million for Fiscal 2024, Rs 11,126.88 million for Fiscal 2023, Rs 16,578.79 million for Fiscal 2022, and Rs 7,196.32 million for Fiscal 2021. They have successfully completed complex projects such as 3D Domes at Jang-E-Azadi in Kartarpur, Punjab; the Heritage Walk at the Golden Temple Corridor in Amritsar, Punjab; and fire ramps with specialized steel structures at AIIMS, Delhi.
